LiveAgent has been a great addition to my school's environment. My school recently separated from the church that was hosting us and we needed a new ticketing system as we were using the church's system before the split. LiveAgent is super intuitive and easy to use, I highly recommend it. Their support was very helpful in the setup and the initial configuration of the ticketing system.
