Bush cutter with damaged Shaft not fixed and rejected claim
Recently ordered a Bush cutter with deweeder attachment. delivery came fine but the solid shaft was bent. sent them the images of the bent shaft and package. didn't realize that I need to take photos at every moment (opening box, outer package, and all contents of the package). I only had few pictures which cover the damaged rod, it's packing and its contents. The guy from moglix called and kept repeating need all pictures/images, etc, and rejected the exchange or return. i only wanted the bent rod to be replaced. i have ordered a lot of stuff from Alibaba, aliexpress, and amazon never had such a bad experience. Stay away from Moglix. My order id: 3151118
