j&co- absolutely disappointing bought a personalised beaded bracelet for $80+ dollars. 1) tracking is not reliable, they do not show you updates on your order 2) bracelet turned out to be nothing like the pictures- it was tiny as if for a child to wear. its made up of cheap looking gold beads on an ELASTIC STRING- something you can clearly make yourself using materials from Spotlight or something. 3) refunds are store credit only-- so is it really worth refunding a horribly made bracelet for store credit to buy another horribly made one?? I bought the bracelet as a thank you for my maid of honour who is also my best friend and i feel so cheated and disappointed. horrible brand.
