Ripped off
Signed up thinking I was providing card details to contact a tutor for my son's singing lessons. Turned out I'd subscribed to a £39/month "Student Pass" with no lessons, no tutor, and nothing to show for it. When I contacted Superprof to request a refund, they responded with a lengthy explanation of their terms and conditions rather than addressing the complaint. No refund was offered. Instead they proposed a free 30-day extension of the subscription: more of the service I didn't want and never used. Two months, £78, zero lessons, zero value. I still don't fully understand what Superprof actually provides beyond charging you to browse tutors who may or may not respond. Raised a chargeback with my bank. Would not recommend.
