Really disappointed, opal yellow
Really disappointed as I received an opal ring as a birthday gift from my partner. I have barely worn the ring and the Opal has turned yellow. I have never got it wet and have received no help from staff, just told my warranty is over as it's only a 1 month return period and told I should dry out the Opal. Which I have repeatedly said has not gotten wet. Don't advertise that you sell jewellery you can't produce with a decent standard.
