I'm not at all happy!
I'm not at all happy with everydaydeals! Diamond painting was missing pieces and they are jerking me around. Now saying the piece is discontinued and the diamond pieces missing are out of stock.They offered me merchandise valued at same price but said it would be random selection. I just want a refund. The shipping cost is outrageous. Now that I have posted my negative review, they have given me a coupon for the amount of the piece I can't finish. After days and days of back and forth with this company, I am frustrated and feel I have every right to post my review! I received an email asking me to remove my review. I think their customer service sucks and feel they don't have the customer at four front of business. It's my right to say how I feel about the service I received and the bottom line is that I am NOT happy with the way I was treated!
