Splendid customer service. I had a problem with a Domeshaver that was given to me as a gift for Xmas 2025. Once I’d managed to provide proof of purchase (after a frantic search through bags of old receipts!), the team sent a replacement shaver immediately; not only that but they sent the upgraded model without prompt from me. Highly impressive.
