Ordered a watch a week ago. At that point money taken and a message in the tracking order telling me the "parcel information was received". Nothing more. No email, no update and concerningly, for two days now no response when try the web chat - told there are agents waiting but not a single reply. And no reply to my email. Nothing. Going to give it 72 hours but it seems this might be a scam. Either that or such poor customer service it might as well be. Further to my review above I received a phone call from DX. The woman I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and oversaw and ensured the delivery. Still left with the concern that the only way I got through was by using Trust Pilot, but on a positive note they are clearly care and are trying to sort things out for the better.
