Problem solved in 5 minutes via messages on website.
I ordered a replacement remote for my Toshiba SE-R0240. The remote I received is a standard remote in which a program is loaded by the seller. When I received it, at first it didn't work, but I contacted them and they replied straight away. They sent me a code so I could reprogram it myself from home. Problem solved in 5 minutes, so they deserve a 5* review.
