Condescending
I filled in all the forms and got a call several hours in advance. Was then told that appointment times were eastern daylight time and I line west. I should know this It is very evident on the app she said. So why didn't I see it? Gee I wonder. Canceled then and there. I don't need another condescending interaction with technology.
