UK online store.
Order supposed to have arrived but the delivery company keep saying they're trying to collect but the store isn't handing it over. So either the store is absoloutely poor at knowing their job, or the courier (EVRI/HERMES) is. The store picks the courier so that does fill me with confidence. Useless. 1st and last order and really wouldn't recommend. Customer service non existent too. So now I don't have the money I don't have the order and the courier hasn't even picked anything up because the store won't give it to them.
