This company is an absolute nightmare!! Don't ever use. Buy a sewing machine with the money you will lose dealing with this company! I ordered 3 dresses after checking that I would be able to return them. The dress was for my son's wedding. After nearly £500 being taken from my bank account for the 3 dresses, I received an email from them saying 'We are sorry that we do not provide "buy-many-keep-one" purchase since all our dresses are made to order and we do not have any stocks. But we DO accept the return if you are really unhappy with the dress received. Could you kindly tell us which item you want to keep? Please be assured that we can delete the item you don't want and issue you the full refund.'. This wasn't made clear at all when ordering but I replied with the item number of the dress I wanted to keep. This happened 3 times so far. Each time I reply, my response 'disappears' from the email trail. So, I sent a screen shot of the response which has remained on the email trail. However, their customer service staff have sent another message asking which dress I want to keep! Groundhog day. So, once again I have replied. I have also cancelled my order as if this goes on any longer, I won't have a dress for my son's wedding at all.
