Very poor experience and cheating the people
Very poor experience, please do not use red bus app , they are cheating the passengers, the bus operators was very rude and unprofessional. I booked ticket from kallakurichi to Chennai airport(bus no:AR01 J1311) and bus was delayed for 1hours as per operator (9585611660) asked for alternative bus due to my flight timing ,they were denied .and we decided to take a cab to airport and informed operator (Vijay)also he had promised that we will get our refund next day.I tried many time to call customer care no response later they said cannot refund. I lost Rs.6500 because the delayed bus . Please don't trust this redbus app they are unprofessional and fraud travel agency.
