Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, they are fast in responding and professional. I'm a self-publisher, and the process of publishing my books is easy. I still need to do some marketing for my books, not sure if Lulu does any promoting to our published books, I'm yet to explore that part, but I loved the fact that you can opt for Global distribution which gets your books distributed to other global platforms.
