Slow response and doesn’t follow their own policy
Bought 2 dresses and a cardigan. Both were too small in the bust area (these dresses are not made for people with bigger chests sadly), returned them 2 days later. They arrived at the return address for 6 days during which I had to email them to confirm they got the return, before they waited 2 days to respond and confirm that it had been received. They informed me I would get my refund within 3-5 business days. 5 business days came and I did not receive my refund to my regional payment method (I had returned something from rihoas, returned it after I returned my lacemade package, and gotten my refund to that same original payment method before lacemade even responded). I finally receive my return 7 business days after their email, only for it to be for part of the order and not even my full order (did not receive a refund for my cardigan). Mind you the items were tried on indoors and immediately repackaged when they didn’t fit. There customer service is terrible, slow at responding, and take no accountability. You have to hound them to do their job. A terrible experience. Don’t say your refund process is within 3-5 business days if it’s not ?? No response to a majority of my emails other than the initial one about getting my refund, and then until I mentioned leaving a negative review.
