I’d like to thank Reece, Team Leader Support at AGA Rangemaster, for his outstanding customer service. He was efficient, professional and dealt with my issue straight away with no messing about. He listened carefully, responded promptly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. What impressed me most was that he also offered to research how Asian cooking pots may affect cast iron pan supports, including why the colour can fade, the best ways to avoid it and the recommended cleaning methods. I really appreciated that he was willing to investigate this further rather than simply giving a standard response. It’s rare to receive such helpful and proactive customer service these days.
