Compassionate customer service
I've been in their system for almost 3 years, I enrolled 5X credit cards and to date they have negotiated settlements on 3 of them of over 50% on each. Today, I spoke with Amarilla (may have spelled that wrong), she was polite, courteous and very understanding to the problem I face. (out of work for 11 months due to covid and being diagnosed with terminal cancer) She dealt with my questions efficiently and made the whole process easy.
