Great platform and service but many areas for improvement
Great platform and service! Many improvements can be made, for e.g. can allow for rental period amendment (of course subject to host's agreement); allow for early drop-off (subject to host's agreement as well), right now we have to wait until the drop-off time to click drop-off on the app even though we have already returned the car to the owner hours in advance; coming up with an Android app; reduce trip fees and processing fees so that the total rental price is more competitive as compared to other platforms like Tribecar, Expresscar and drive.sg. The Drivelah Go is innovative and convenient but many problems and issues persist, I had a recent bad experience whereby I collected the car but the SLICK app does not work on my phone (it's quite a recent phone model by the way), and there is no backup keys to unlock the car, so I had to frantically search for another phone that works. I find the Drivelah Go unreliable although it's meant to be convenient, so I hope it will be improved in the future. Thank you and keep up the great work!
