I called to say that the part I reciever does not function correctly
I called to say that the part I received did not function correctly. I gave the order number that I had. Now! The want all of the following:::::: 1. An image of the damaged and or defective item. 2. The data tag on your unit. This displays the complete model and serial number of the unit that the part was purchased for. 3. A complete image of the box the part arrived in. 4. The packaging inside the box. WHAT IS WRONG HERE???? You have the order number! you have all the information to describe what was shipped!! You have the make and model number of my appliance!! Without even asking what the problem is, you brush me off with all of these demands. Not very encouraging at all!!!
