Given 4 stars based on their good customer service…
I gave this company 4 stars based on their customer service, and not on the product.... I ordered Ivory and Buff originally, and when they arrived both were far too light for me (and I have very pale skin!) And there was hardly any difference in the 2 shades. So I contacted them and a very helpful customer services assist called Kim responded very quickly, and said that I could keep them or give them away, and that they would be happy to send me a replacement free of charge! I was very impressed and chose the next shade up, which Kim said would be sent to me. I waited for over a month, and when nothing arrived I contacted them again and Kim chased it up and got it sent to me then (it obviously hadn't been sent the first time...) It arrived quite quickly, but I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on the product itself, but their customer service is very good (Sorry if that's not very helpful..!)
