I've been using my Longer Ray5 almost every day since I bought it three years ago, and it has exceeded every expectation I had. The projects I've been able to complete with this machine have far surpassed anything I ever thought possible. It continues to impress me every time I use it. Recently, I noticed a slight drop in performance, so I decided to give the machine a thorough clean. While cleaning it, I discovered that the focus lens had developed a crack. I hadn't noticed it during previous cleaning, and it was only when I purchased and started installing a new lens protector that I realised the lens itself was damaged. I contacted Longer to explain what had happened, and they kindly offered to replace the part free of charge. I think that's outstanding after-sales service and really shows that they care about their customers, even years after the original purchase.
