Ordered on the 6th and paid for express…still not received
Ordered on the 6th and paid for express shipping at an extra cost. Emailed them and they said there was a delay and would be processed within 10 days. Still have not received my order or had any confirmation that it’s been shipped. Very disappointed as I had explained this was meant to be a Christmas present and customer service said they will keep in contact with me. I’m now being ignored The reply you’ve just sent is not true. I’ve tried the tacking and against my postcode it does not show! I am now contacting my bank to help
