I bought a coat from the boutique in Paris which cost just under €300 and noticed a hole in the lining of the pocket when I got home. I’ve emailed three times with pictures, with my receipt asking for a partial refund so I can get the pocket repaired but have had no reply for nearly a year now! That’s mad for a shop that says they are high quality
