I ordered two pairs of shoes. They arrived today, very well packed, and I’m extremely happy with them. I’ve ordered from Buykud before and always been very pleased with both service and items. Delivery takes a while but I was made aware of this previously, and it’s not a problem.
An additional cost was added after I’d agreed payment (which included an extortionate £4.99 for P&P) The additional cost was over £7 for VAT which was well above the going rate. I have since had that money refunded via PayPal. However, my main complaint is that the bras I order are nothing like the advert, and certainly nothing like the size I ordered in good faith. Terrible company. I have asked for a refund but I’m not holding my breath. Total scam.
