Never got a reply about a payment issue. Seller divided our payment for a machine into two payments. The second payment was rejected by Alibaba. I never got an explanation and had to pay the second payment with a risky wire transfer. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end. Unfortunately, I am not confident with Alibaba's responsiveness, hence only three stars.
