Return policy is not as stated in the website
Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 star from below since Amiro did contact me to offer a 40% refund if I’m willing to update my review about my negative experience. At least they tried their best to reverse the negative experience, but still they need to be more clear about the return policy on their website. Original review: I wanted to return a device that was brand new in an unopened box. I was told that I had to pay for $200 custom fee to ship back to China. Do not buy from Amiro if you are trying to return. Their website said they offer 90 day return, but customer had to pay for return shipping. They did not disclose the custom fee for the return shipping.
