Good rotis but lots of problems, good customer service
We've had two rotimatic machines. We had very few problems with the first. The Rotimatic NEXT makes much better rotis but is very buggy. We have had so many problems with it due to which it just stops making rotis. Every week, we have a different problem. Customer service is very responsive though. They are quick to respond and have helped fix all the issues.
