Service not performed but Refund not issued
A petsitter accepted the job to have my babies. We transferred $375 to Petbacker, however, due to petsitter personal reasons, she could not take my babies. I asked PetBacker for a refund, they offered a total refund, but later they changed their mind and offered a coupon, which was not accepted. They said that the total refund will be issued, but still, I am waiting for my money back after more than a month of waiting. If you expect a refund, they will not give it back, even when the job was not performed
