Not that easy to change your mind. $$$
My first question to them. Is it heavy? They could not give me the exact answer but said most people thought it was not. I ordered it and was suprised 15 lbs. I am 78 and not very strong. I thought maybe I made a mistake. I opend the box and a few little parts were not there, not a big deal. I did not put it on my car because it need to be washed. I decided to return it because my car is a Mwdium six suv and I didn't think I was able to do it. After 15 of so emails with various directions, and offers I finally returned it. They charged me 20% of the price and I had to pay for return shipping. I thought that was a bit excessive. So no I was not happy about the whole experience,
