Sent wrong item, refused to pay for shipping back and fully refund
I have bought a few rings from Moon Magic and they are beautiful. However, they sent the wrong item the last time I bought a ring. I reached out to customer service right away and they acknowledged that a mistake had been made. They refused to pay for the return shipping and would only refund me if I paid for the shipping (from Germany to the US so not that cheap). I will never buy another ring from them again. Edit: They responded that they refunded me, which they did not. They refunded 50% of the price of the original ring I had sent. I decided not to send the ring back because cost-wise it wouldn't have made a difference since the shipping would be so expensive.
