Don’t Risk it…Read all the other reviews – common, repeat issues with this company!
I received a faulty (and likely fake) flashlight from Lightmalls. Requested a refund or a replacement; even after they agreed it was faulty, I was told that I needed to spend my own money on return shipping it to them before they would do either. Read all the other reviews on this company before you buy, not worth the risk to save a few dollars. UPDATE: After receiving response below from Lightmalls. Obviously these people have one person dealing with customer issues, and another responding to these online reviews... I notice on reading these responses which Lightmalls gives to any poor reviews is most times in direct contrast to what the original complaint explaned. On that basis, one can only conclude that they know exactly what they are doing, in providing an extremely poor customer service, AND THEY SIMPLY CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS IN THAT WAY. Stay away from these guys, it truely is not worth the effort and disapointment you are likely to endure!
