Definition of a bait and switch
This is the definition of a bait and switch. I ordered a premium bouquet with a mosaic vase for my mom. The delivered product was far less than advertised. In reality, the bouquet was very small compared to the picture and came in a plain vase. For reference, the photo has a least 5 roses, but we only got two. It's the same problem with the other blooms. I'm giving it two stars because the bouquet was delivered on time and customer service did give me a small refund. However, I won't let this service trick me again in the future.
