Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Bought a perfume. I had a terrible skin reaction which is unusual for me. I paid extra for a ‘return and package protection’ fee only for my return to be denied. I told them about the reaction but they just kept asking for pics of the product in the cellophane as if they didn’t even read my email. How would it still be in the cellophane if I know it caused a reaction on my skin??? Customer service not helpful, prices aren’t great either, would not recommend or use them again.
