Delsey Customer Service
I've had the Delsey Chatelet check-in and carry-on bags for several years and enjoyed them immensely! I LOVE the fact that they have zippered interior pockets that keep everything in place (in addition to the straps). I had an issue with one of my bags and contacted customer service...Latisha M was FANTASTIC! She provided the instructions I needed and took care of the issue promptly! Definitely 5-star service! THANK YOU!!
