I ordered two flower girl dress which were stated as a champagne colour when they arrived they did not match the rest if my wedding party so i decided i wanted to return them. This has been a long process I have emailed on 5 occasions, I have downloaded the app to return them and also attempted to return online on line this has not been successful due to a message saying the operation is unsuccessful i have had no reply via email, the phone number that is stated is an international number which states when calling it has not be recognized although it states on your website you are in situated in manchester? Really confused and out of pocket customer left with two dresses that are no use to me nor were they cheap. I do not recommend this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I stupidly purchased from jjshouse.
