AVOID! Predatory Tactics & Zero Accountability Misleading Fees: Deceived a teenager into thinking a $95 payment covered a one-month trial, only to claim it was just for a key fob. Did nit cancel contraxt after requests by the minor. Waited months only to claim extra fees from parent. Ignored Distress: Ignored a grueling 40-message WhatsApp chain where my nephew was visibly distressed trying to cancel. Hostile Staff: When I intervened, a staff member was incredibly aggressive, hostile, and unprofessional over the phone. Greedy Resolution: After months of silence, Assistant Manager completely ignored our complaints about staff misconduct and hid behind T&Cs. No apology. Hidden Management: Staff admitted management actively prohibits their direct emails being given to customers avoid hearing from them. Any business hiding from unhappy customers is one that shut its doors. Avoid Anytime Fitness.
