Ordered Nike Air 90's…
Ordered Nike Air 90's for a birthday present. Came quite quick, only to discover the heels were grubby, no tags, writing on the underside of each trainer tongue and a hole on one of the trainers. Can't get through on their phone number so had to go through the chat bot, 1hr and 20 mins later! Went for the refund and exchange option. When the new trainers arrived, they were a completely different trainer! Again had to go through the chat bot and speak to a representative. Ended up returning for a refund (still waiting). Ended up ordering from another company. Nike seem to have no quality checks or anything. Very poor customer service for such a big brand. I'd avoid, and just shop local if possible.
