Now, the new iMac gets a definitive one-star rating for its appearance and quality. Right now, this expensive machine does absolutely nothing but sit on my desk and stare back at me with a black, blank screen. It is completely useless.The Experience & Customer Care:The way Apple treats its customers today is shocking, earning two thumbs down. After almost 25 years of brand loyalty, the lack of support and utter disregard for Mac owners is a massive slap in the face. Apple has completely hit the skids, trading their once-legendary customer care for rigid indifference.Bottom Line:If you are interested in purchasing a new computer, look elsewhere. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a company that abandons its most loyal customers the second a premium machine fails.
