I always received an answer to my questions by no later than the next day. One thing I would like to see is for Aeropost make it easier to change our address. The first time I tried to do that I had to go through a bunch of questions and put my address on a map which I found difficult to do. Make everything easy and eliminate any unnecessary steps. I also noticed that many ignorant people are saying you are a scam company. I know you are not. Those people do not understand that you are a company that re-ships items from the US to the rest of the world. It might be a good idea to put a short message someplace in your communications or on your home page and also to remove those ratings, mostly from eBay, that claim you are a scam company. You can explain that you removed them because they are false and they are destroying the reputation of your company. Aeropost is important for people outside the US who want to buy products in the US. Those ratings are just plain stupid and come from ignorant people. One final thing. I prefer communications in English. Please check my preferences before sending out communications to me That can be done automatically by your email system.
