Will never order from this company ever again …
I enjoyed the shampoo and conditioning bar and really like the way it worked on my dog ( pet shampoo bar) I won’t order their products again because of the fact they sent a subscription and actually sent it out before they sent me an email. I actually have moved and they wouldn’t stop the order and charged me $42 for 2 bars of pet soap and wouldn’t refund me and send it to my new address. On top of ripping me off for the cost they wanted to give me a 15% discount to order more from them. Be careful they are crooks and there are other brands out there . Their customer service turned me completely off from giving them for taking advantage of me . I’m insulted that they offered me a discount and I tried to stop the delivery within minutes of the email they sent and was told it was too late even though the email said it was NOT shipped just preparing to ship. I don’t mind paying for things I buy but they were disrespectful and completely wrong for scamming me and lying in the email . I was robbed since they took the money from me before sending the email. It was a setup scam for real . Not sure exact dates but it happened in October or November. I been too ill to make this review until now BTW I could not find a way to review it on their website . Kinda why I waited so long
