Food is good, app and ordering experience is not
The food is generally good but the app and website are terrible. I was trying to get in to change my order for two days but kept getting a message saying the website was having trouble. I was not able to update my order and by the time I got into the system to fix it, it was too late and I am now being sent, and being charged for, food I don't want. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with the website and changing orders. Frequently the order doesn't update after I change and save it and I have to go in and change it multiple times.
