Getting them to actually fill a prescription is like pulling teeth. Going on a month trying get them to send me my dogs bravecto despite my vet saying they sent the the prescription weeks ago. Their customer service takes forever to respond to anything. It’s nice that the prices are lower but doesn’t really help if you never get your order.
