Lead time for a shipment was given an unexpected excessively long ship time and there was NO communication concerning this. A call prior to ordering reassured us that the brand of items I wanted was good in stock. We learned of the excessive lead time after making a call to check on delivery over the holiday weekend! The best part of this deal was the customer service person who took my initial call, went out of her way to help us, promised a returned call, and actually called us back.....kudos to her!
