NO REFUND, NO RETURN! DO NOT BUY anything from them
As they have good reviews on their website I trusted them and bought a mattress without trying it out as they advertise themself with free return and refund within the first 100 trial nights. Well, there is NO such thing as RETURN nor REFUND. When you contact them they keep making excuses in automated style emails (if you actually get a reply after days). I would report them as fake, scam company these should not exist at all. Do NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING you read on their website or BUY from them anything, they are unreliable, with no customer service, no phone line that is reachable. Not sure whether I will see a refund at all unfortunatelly. Will make everything I can to get my money back tho.
