I had the best experience
I had the best experience with Bellami, and I especially want to thank Valerie Rodriguez for all her help. She was so responsive and made everything so easy. I needed my extensions for Friday, so I placed my order on Monday and honestly couldn’t believe they arrived the very next day, especially since they were coming from the U.S. to Canada. I was so impressed. Valerie was amazing from the beginning. She answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to get customer service like that these days, and I really appreciated it. I’ve always loved Bellami, and this experience just made me love the brand even more. I can’t wait to put my extensions in, and when I do, I’ll definitely be sharing pictures. Thank you so much, Valerie. You were truly wonderful!
