Not all their teams are "Gas safe"
Despite paying for a "gas safe" delivery team to disconnect my old range, and speaking to them a few days before delivery, they sent a team that were not gas safe (despite assurance that all their teams were gas safe) and who frankly didn't seem to have a clue. The cooker was delivered two weeks later by an excellent team who were "gas safe" and extremely professional and thorough.
