Bought my jord Dover11 from the UK 27th March 2021.UPS tracked up to Chicago on the !st April, after that no idea where it was until it arrived by Royal Mail tracked 48 on the14th of Apri, l never had a tracking number. No customs duty or anything to pay to pay "great". Packaging excellent,so is the humidifier box. There was no "oiling pen" included as advetised as coming with the box so 1 negative point. As for the watch it's excellent quality, love it, I had one link taken out by local jeweller perfect fit now, cost £5.One thing is that there are no minuets marked on the dial so you will have to guess between numerals, I didn't by this watch for pinpoint accuracy but for the style and bling, it just looks so good a work of art? So if you want perfect time buy somethig else.I have nothing but a positive experience with Jord.
