Charles & Keith deleted my purchase…
Charles & Keith deleted my purchase history after delivery. I returned two items (shoes + bag) with proof of delivery. They only refunded the shoes and claimed they never received the bag. This is dishonest business practice. I have a receipt proving both items were delivered back to them. Currently disputing via PayPal. Avoid this company. THEY ARE SCAM
