1st class customer service
I have had some technical issues with this product to be honest, as in it would stop working when I changed countries, but the technical customer support I recieved has been second to none. Firstly Andy, and then Rani were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient in getting things working again, and I can't thank them enough. A very rare top rate service, thanks
