I ordered some honey pots they cost me…
I ordered some honey pots they cost me £80 and £50 delivery and they are all faulty the lids don’t fit. Over the past 3 weeks I have sent several emails and photos and no response. I want a full refund and haven’t heard any response. I did get to live chat with somebody what a wast of time that was. I’m so angry who can afford to loose £130. Please be very careful using this company. I’m in business and I would never treat my customers this way. I thought I was dealing with a British company as there adverts are very misleading as these came from China. This so called company should not be trading with no customer service . My order number is #:2012768616 This is an updated message. The company have been in touch and sent a pre payed slip to send them back and I am now awaiting my full refund of £138. I will keep you all posted when I get my refund . Fingers crossed
